By accessing and using the Sufuri platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Comply with all Kano State transportation regulations
  • Keep your vehicle registration and permits current
  • Report any unauthorized use of your account immediately

Platform Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any illegal purpose
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Interfere with the operation of the platform
  • Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the system

Fees and Payments

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Payment processing is handled securely through our payment partners.

Limitation of Liability

Sufuri and the Kano State Government shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
